Molly Poucher, APRN, FNP-C, CWCA, is a seasoned Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with many years of experience in patient-centered healthcare. Her education includes a Master of Science in Nursing, a Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capella University, an Associate of Science in Nursing from Valencia College, and a Licensed Practical Nurse certification from the Technical Education Center of Osceola County. Molly has completed clinical rotations in internal medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, and family practice.

About Molly Poucher, APRN, FNP-C, CWCA

Molly has served as a board-certified family and wound care nurse practitioner, providing care to home-bound patients and implementing evidence-based treatment plans. She was formerly a Trauma Registered Nurse OB Specialist at HCA Healthcare Ocala Hospital, where she developed policies for trauma maternal services and managed maternal emergencies.

She collaborated on wound care management as an Inpatient Wound Care Registered Nurse at HCA Healthcare Ocala & West Marion Hospitals. Molly has also worked in medical-surgical units at Central Florida Healthcare Alliance and Health Central Hospital and in labor and delivery at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies.

Her certifications include Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification, Certified Wound Care Associate, ACLS/BLS Provider, Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider, and Trauma Nurse Certified. Molly’s extensive background, combined with her proficiency in Spanish from spending part of her childhood in the Dominican Republic, enables her to connect with and care for a diverse patient population.
